Who Is Tab Trade - Launched March 2026, Here Is the Deal

TabTrade — The Short Version

TabTrade opened in Q1 2026. CFD broker incorporated in Saint Lucia, under the FSRA. The guy behind it is Benjamin Boulter. Before this, he was in leadership at BlackBull Markets, the well-known broker.

His background is relevant. It says the leadership is not figuring it out from scratch. That is not a guarantee. But more reassuring than a founder with no industry background.

The broker opened with Equinix data centre access in London. Same infrastructure institutional desks use. Usually a new brokerage leads with marketing and bonuses. TabTrade did the opposite. Interesting choice.

Market coverage: forex, indices, gold, silver, commodities, equities, cryptocurrencies, ETFs. 1,000+. For something that launched in March 2026, that coverage is solid.

What You Trade On

Available: MT5, cTrader, and a browser platform. Two major platforms from a single account. Most brokers only give you one or the other. Getting both matters. Use whichever you prefer.

MT5 is what most people know. Complete charts, Expert Advisors, massive community. If you have used MT4 or MT5 before, there are no surprises.

cTrader by Spotware is the more modern one. Better depth of market. Smoother chart interaction. Native automated trading. Plenty of traders like it better than MT5 after comparing.

Direct FIX connectivity is offered for automated strategies but needs the VIP account ($25,000 deposit). TradingView charting is reportedly coming. That should round things out when it lands.

Accounts and Pricing

Three account types: Standard, Edge, VIP.

Standard. 1.0 pip spreads. No commission. Easy to track. Zero deposit requirement. Works for people who want simple pricing.

Edge. Interbank-style spreads from 0.0 pips average. Flat commission of $3.50 per side. All-in: raw spread plus $7 per full lot. On majors, the actual interbank spread is frequently under 0.2 pips. Meaning your real cost can be under half a pip. That is hard to beat for a broker with $0 to start. Most brokers that have spreads this tight want $500 or more to open. This broker does not.

VIP account. $25,000 deposit required. FIX API, execution under 20ms, custom pricing. Not relevant to most retail traders. Do not worry about it unless you run serious volume.

How Fast Are the Fills

The speed is where Tab Trade separates from most new launches. Equinix data centres. Sub-30ms execution on Edge. Below 20ms on VIP. These are institutional numbers. The average platform operate at a much wider range.

Does it matter? For short-term trading, yes. The gap between fast execution and sluggish execution is the difference between. If you hold positions longer, you probably will not feel it. But the fact that the setup is serious. That says they are not cutting corners on the tech.

Put together that infrastructure with the Edge account pricing and the total package is strong. Few brokers with no minimum deposit run Equinix connectivity.

The FSRA Question

Now, the part you need to be straight about. TabTrade is regulated by Saint Lucia's FSRA. That is tier-3. No FCA. No investor compensation scheme. If that is a problem for you, look elsewhere. There are FCA-regulated options out there.

But. The founder built his career at BlackBull Markets, a tier-1 regulated broker. The execution setup is expensive. Fly-by-night platforms do not invest in Equinix connectivity. That does not make it safe. But inform your assessment.

The deal: no FCA or ASIC safety net. For that: 1:1000 leverage, cheap spreads, no minimum deposit, fast fills. Whether that is worth it is your call.

Welcome Offer

TabTrade has a welcome bonus of up to $2,000. Typical deposit match. You deposit, TabTrade add bonus funds. Usual conditions attached: trading volume requirements before bonus funds can be taken out. Check the terms before funding.
